Prefinished, white melamine birch plywood is a versatile alternative to MFC and MF MDF, as it can be CNC machined and does not require lipping or edge banding.

Finnish and Latvian Birch Plywood overlaid on both sides with a smooth white melamine laminate.

• Edges are sealed with white acrylic paint – which can be removed by machining.
• Also available with dark brown, 120g/m2 smooth phenolic film reverse in size 18mm 1220 x 2745mm for vehicle doors and other applications.
• An ideal material for CNC work and does not require lipping/edging after machining.
• Also suitable for printing on for Shopfitting and POS items.
• Wide range of thicknesses available from stock at ATP and James Latham depots.

White melamine faced birch plywood is ideal for furniture and shelving systems.  The edges can be easily worked and finished to highlight the high-quality natural birch core.

Birch plywood has an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and is a loadbearing structural panel.
