Decorative, slip-resistant birch plywood that is widely used for many applications, including van and trailer flooring, flight cases, steps, stages, outdoor play and sports equipment and narrowboat decking.
European Birch Plywood overlaid with a decorative, but very tough, phenolic film that is imprinted with a hexagonal pattern to impart slip resistance. All edges are sealed at the mill with acrylic paint.

- Density is around 720kgs/m3 – 18mm 1220 x 2440mm weighs 38kgs
- Easily worked and CNC machined, plus the overlay has good chemical resistance and is easy to clean with water and detergent. Grey Hexa overlay is also UV stable.
Bonding:
- Bonded to EN314-2 Class 3: (exterior quality glue line)
- Conforms to EN13986 (CE2+) and EN636-3* Suitable for structural and exterior use
