Birch throughout plywood, overlaid with film to provide a tough, durable finish. Available in smooth two-side for construction formwork or a film wire mesh pattern with slip resistant for vehicle and trailer boxes. Phenolic resin impregnated film is pressed to both surfaces of the panel under high pressure and temperature. All the edges are sealed to minimise moisture penetration. Film faced panels have improved resistance to abrasion, chemicals, insects and fungi.
