Pre finished mdf is a range of real wood veneered products with a factory-applied, UV-cured, solvent free lacquer. The boards present an extremely even, high quality finish, composed of base and finishing coats, carefully sanded (up to 320 grit) and de-nibbed, resulting in a 20% sheen. All boards have a peel clean protective film as standard. The Final result is a very smooth finish which enhances the appearance of the natural wood. It is hard wearing and has a scratch resistance, compared to conventional nitrocellulose finishes or any other spray applied product.

Our Veneered MDF is made up from quality real wood veneers bonded to premium MDF. All veneers feature an A grade face and a B grade face. We offer a full cutting and edging service on all of our sheet material.
