TFL/TFM/HPL Door Styles
Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL), once known as thermally fused melamine or TFM, is made by fusing a resin-impregnated sheet of decor paper directly to a substrate. Heat and pressure activate the resin in the saturated TFL panel sheet, creating a cross-linked bond with the substrate. This effectively seals the substrate.

High Pressure Laminate or HPL, is the direct descendent of the original plastic laminate. It is considered to be one of the most durable decorative surface materials and is available with special performance properties including chemical, fire and wear resistance.
A 5 piece shaker style door will give you the look of a real wood five piece door, but without the risk of expansion and contraction or cracking finish on the joints. Using the latest Laser Edgebanding Technology, we are able to produce a seamless edgeband on our shaker doors. This technique allows the end user to ensure the edgeband locks in place without worrying about peeling.

A euro slab door is a solid, door with no frame or panel. Euro slab door styles are usually selected for transitional and contemporary designs. Using the latest Laser Edgebanding Technology, we are able to produce a seamless edgeband on our euro slab doors. This technique allows the end user to ensure the edgeband locks in place without worrying about peeling.
