Birch plywood overlaid with HPL (High Pressure Laminate), CPL (Continuous Pressure Laminate) or fiberglass has a wide area of application, including shipbuilding, construction industry, rail vehicles production, furniture production, etc. The panels are strong, resistant to banding and warpage material. It has low weight and good performance properties.
These coatings make the surface of the panels highly wear-resistant. The materials do not change their appearance and properties during the whole service life, even when exposed to UV-light and water. Overlaid birch plywood is resistant to high and low temperatures: HPL and fiberglass maintain their properties within the temperature range from – 50 to +60 С. Thus, overlaid plywood is suitable for exterior and interior use. The surfaces of the laminates are resistant to most chemicals and easy to clean.
XUZHOU MEGA Composite is eco-friendly plywood. It does not contain or emit any harmful substances and is absolutely safe for health.
There are over 100 designs of HPL and CPL, including unicolor, stone design, wood grain, metallic, etc. Fiberglass may have pebbled and smooth surface.
Plywood overlaid with СPL has lower price and is especially popular among furniture manufacturers. Thanks to being thinner, the CPL is lighter and more flexible.
On the agreement with a customer plywood can be covered with fire-resistant HPL or fiberglass. If fire rated plywood is required, all layers of the wood panel can be impregnated with flame retardant. It prevents the spread of fire and has low smoke generation capacity.
