Recently, Su Fuma Company signed a daily production of 1000m with Sichuan Kangbeide Company ³ The ultra strong particle board project has achieved a daily production of 850m ³ The phased mass production target signifies that the project has officially entered the continuous mass production stage after trial production on April 26th.
This project introduces international * * processes and equipment such as the 42m continuous press machine, five layer structure paving machine, particle super screen, drum dryer, sanding saw cutting line, automatic plate inspection and packaging line, ring slicing machine, Jieqi Mark Energy Center, Jielong drum mixer, etc., improving the level of mechanization, scale, continuity, and automation in production. This project effectively controls costs and increases efficiency, improves quality and quantity, saves energy and reduces consumption. It utilizes raw materials such as small diameter branches of miscellaneous wood and agricultural and forestry processing residues, combined with the use of MDI formaldehyde free adhesive or super E0 grade urea formaldehyde resin adhesive, to produce a leading market innovative high-tech LSB board through multiple processes. Compared to ordinary particle boards, it has more healthy and environmentally friendly characteristics, stable performance, and strong load-bearing capacity. This type of board is widely used in high-end decoration, customized home furnishings, office furniture, and other fields. This device has profound significance in meeting personalized market demands, alleviating the contradiction between wood supply and demand, and increasing social and economic benefits. With the gradual acceleration of supply side structural reform of China’s Engineered wood industry, the development prospect of this project is promising.
