The “New Zealand Rizhao Port Wuwei Inland Port” cross-border intermodal timber train successfully arrived in Wuwei
On the noon of May 4th, the second “New Zealand Rizhao Port Wuwei Land Port” cross-border sea rail intermodal timber train, jointly shipped by Gansu (Wuwei) International Land Port and Shandong Port Group, successfully arrived at the Wuwei Railway International Container Station.
It is understood that this special train is fully loaded with New Zealand radiation pine logs. The “Kaigao” ship departs from Gisborne Port, New Zealand, and after more than 20 days of sea transportation, it is unloaded at Lanshan Port Area of Rizhao Port in Shandong Port. It is then loaded onto the railway dedicated line in the port area and transported by railway to the Wuwei Railway International Container Station.
