Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) is one of the most common scaffold plank styles used on a jobsite requiring stagging. These laminated planks meet all conformance standards for OSHA and are tested rigorously by their manufacturers.

Specification Wood species:      Radiata Pine,  Larch, Radiata Pine + Larch;LVL Sizes:           Length within 6000MM, Width: 225/230/235/240MM,  Thickness:   38/39/40/42MMMinimum Tolerance:   Thickness ±1mm; Width ±1mm; Length ±2mmGlue:   Phenolic-WBP

Features
Safe—proof-load tested at our plants to ensure compliance with HW™ quality standards and OSHA deflection limits.Reliable—made from multiple layers of thin veneer to minimize the natural inconsistencies in wood, like knots.

Predictable—consistent elasticity and predictable deflection in every piece makes each step feel as stable as the last.

Usage

LVL is the abbreviation for Laminated Veneer Lumber,which is primarily as structural fra    ming for residential and commercial construction and it is well suited to applications where open web steel joists and light steel beams might be considered. Others uses include scaffold planking and as flange members for some proprietary prefabricated wood I-Joists.LVL can easily be cut to length at the jobsite.

Advantages
1/ LVL can be sawed, sliced, chiseled eye, mortise, fixed nail and so on;
2/ Insect prevention, anti-corrosion, fireproof, moisture resistance, including;
3/ Strong earthquake-resistant, damping performance and resisting the fatigue generated by the periodic stress.
