KITCHEN CARCASS MANUFACTURING TO THE TRADE

Each of our cabinets is precision cut on our CNC router and can be pre-drilled, edged and made to any size, or specification, you require.

Our “in-frame” kitchen carcass units feature a rabbet joint in each corner. This provides precise location of the cabinet components prior to gluing and screwing. It also adds additional, overall strength.

Our CNC also provides the accurate positioning of holes for shelf pins, feet, wall brackets and slots for shelf track. Again, all of which can be added to your own specifications.

We can also pre drill pocket holes ready for you to attach your own, hand made, face frames. Saving you even more time to concentrate on the finer details of production.
