Overlaid plywood involves a sound fir panel substrate with phenolic paper overlays of various types as a working surface. Overlays vary in resin content, chemistry and composition for different situations ranging from below-grade general appearance concrete to high-end architectural finishes and everything in between including high alkali-resistant panels and combinations of. - 7-PLY 11/16” 4′ x 8′ Hi-Flow MDO overlay for general pouring applications; available with a hardwood substrate on special order for higher-end finishes.
- 5-PLY 11/16” 4′ x 8′ High-mask MDO overlay for economical general applications
- Pourform pH Plus® 7-PLY Alkaline-resistant flexible overlay with hardwood-faced substrate providing both panel life and an architectural concrete finish
- HDO (high-density overlay with backer sheet) for gang forms providing moderate alkali and abrasion resistance. Gram weights available are (face/ back): 100/30, 100/100, 120/30, 120/120 4′ x 8′, 4′ x 9′ and 4′ x 10′ sheets. Can be obtained with a hardwood-faced substrate for improved grain transfer resistance..
- HAO (high-alkalinity hybrid overlay) for better alkali resistance over MDO, also available with a hardwood-faced substrate for a smoother concrete finish.
- Pourform Evergreen® and Evergreen Plus® Hybrid alkali resistant panels with flexible overlay technology for improved alkali resistance over MDO.
