MDO Concrete Form is manufactured with a high quality resin impregnated medium density overlay that is thermally bonded to a durable plywood panel. This panel is designed to give you multiple re-uses, eliminate most grain transfer, and leave a matte finish on the concrete.

HDO Concrete Form is manufactured with a high quality resin impregnated high density overlay that is thermally bonded to a durable plywood panel. This panel is designed to give you a high number of re-uses, eliminate most grain transfer, and leave you with a high gloss finish on the concrete.

PSF panels use a Phenolic Surface Film that is thermally bonded to both faces of the plywood. The quality of PSF panels vary in range from a high quality all Birch panel to a low grade Poplar panel.

B-B Plyform is made with B-grade veneer face and back and is available as a 5-ply or 7-ply class 1 panel. The panels are sanded on both sides and treated with a release agent and edge seal at the mill.
