Econo Form Non Structural Form Ply – is a non structural form ply with a poplar core, where a low reuse rate is required. Should also be stored under cover to avoid weather damage.

Premium Form F14 Structural Form Ply – achieve concrete forming that results in a quality surface finish at competitive prices, allowing up to 20 uses when good care is taken while using and handling. Overlaid with brown film of 120mgs/m2 and 64% phenolic resin in overlay film and 27% in MDO 350.

SupaForm F17 Structural Form Ply – achieve concrete forming that results in exceptional surface finishes, allowing 30 + reuses when good care is taken while using and handling. Faces: 120mgs/m2 phenolic film overlay + 235 mgs/m2 MDO overlay. with a total of 355 mgs/m2 providing a high-quality face that assures water resistance and stiffness stability. 65% phenolic resin in overlay film and 27% in MDO 350.

Xuzhou Mega  Form Ply is edge sealed during manufacturing. If you have to cut during use, it is recommended that fresh edges be re sealed to avoid panel damage caused by capillary penetration of humidity.

Always use the appropriate recommended chemical reactive releases for non-porous surfaces to ensure best form removal.

Although cleaning is much easier and quicker than traditional form materials, it is important to only use fibre spatulas and synthetic materials when cleaning forms to prevent damage to the faces that might occur with metallic tools.

Although it is very resistant to abrasion and impact, as with any highly finished surface, care must be taken during cleaning and use to prevent damage. Always use appropriate vibration equipment and techniques to protect the panel surface
