Our MDO industrial panels are manufactured with a high quality resin impregnated medium density overlay that is thermally bonded to a durable plywood panel. MDO paper can be applied to one side or two sides. This panel is economical, easily painted, and has a durable surface. To eliminate most grain transfer we offer a 2 step MDO.

Primed MDO is a thermo-set acrylic primed paper that is applied to 2 step Douglas Fir/Hemlock plywood. Pre-Primed panels will save you time and labor cost which makes this a very economical panel. It is easily painted because of its smooth and durable surface.

Sign White Pre-Finished MDO panels are ready for wide layout digital printers, vinyl letters & paints. They come with a high gloss white finish that is scratch and mar resistant. It has superior weatherablity to help hold up to the elements outside.

Hwy HDO

Hwy HDO plywood comes ready for reflective film or exterior paint. These Panels are often used for Federal, State, and Municipal highway and commercial signage. Hwy HDO is very durable and has a long life span. It is constructed with hardwood faces, Douglas fir inner plies and overlaid with high density resin impregnated paper.
