LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber)
Board bonded together from 1.7mm rotated cut pine veneer. The boards can be cut and sawn into beams, slats or panels as required by the customer.
LVL product meet the requirement of AS/NZS 4257.0 standard. The certification was identified by Benchmark.
With a three tier quality control program comprising; a detailed ‘Manufacturing Specification’ adhered to by trained staff; more than ten years experience quality control teams; and regular, detailed and recorded in laboratory testing on key quality requirements. HongCheng provides assurance of quality and consistency. All veneer in the manufacture is certified Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) from sustainable forests.
