Die board birch plywood.

Birch plywood dies are widely used in packaging and printing industry because of extreme holding strength and durability of birch plywood. Dies made of birch plywood can withstand hundreds of thousands and millions of repetitions of die cutting. That is the reason why die manufacturers value birch plywood as the best product for making dies.

Die manufacturers require the following features of plywood:

  1. Flatness
  2. Thickness tolerance. Our thickness tolerance is +/-0,3 mm
  3. Interior glue

We supply die board plywood with the following sizes:

  • 1525*1525 mm (60″ * 60″)
  • 1220*2440 mm (48″ * 96″)

Most our customers buy plywood for die manufacturing with grade BB/BB or BB/CP.

LaserCore birch plywood.

New product. Designed and produced for laser cutting. Uniformed structure achieved by special selection and patching of core veneer. Astonishing product for die makers with laser cutting. Supplied with the size 1525*1525 mm (60″ * 60″).

Anti vibration plywood

This plywood is created for noise and vibration reduction.
In order to achieve noise absorbing and vibration this type of plywood is glued with rubber or plastic foam layer in the middle.
Noise absorbing plywood is used in railway wagon industry and in bus manufacturing.
Available sizes are: 1525*1525, 1830*1525, 2950*1525 mm
Standard thickness: 10, 15, 20, 25 mm

Fire retardant plywood

This plywood is manufactured for fire safety for people and their property at home, at work and most importantly in transportation.

Very important features of fire retardant plywood are:

  1. Flame resistance
  2. Moderate smoke formation
  3. Nontoxicity
  4. Explosion safety
  5. Non-spreading fire

Fire retardant plywood is made of birch veneer impregnated with special chemicals.
Quantity and recipes of chemicals depend on many factors including requirements for particular plywood for the level of fire proof.

Ultra thin plywood.

New product designed and manufactured using latest technology.

Fully birch ultra thin plywood with the size 2440*1220 mm or 2500*1250 mm.
Variants of thickness:
0,8 mm
1,5 mm
2 mm

Thin plywood grades:  B/BB, BB/BB, BB/CP,  CP/CP.
